Do I need to complete a form before my appointment?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, your confirmation email includes a link to Bruno’s consultation form. Please complete it before your session.

I’m Bruno Afonso, a Level 3 certified sports massage therapist with more than four years of experience. I trained with Sports Massage Academy and continued my education in sports and exercise psychology, therapy for sports injuries, CPR, AED and first aid.

My experience includes supporting a semi-professional football team as its sports massage therapist alongside working with private clients. I take a thorough, personal approach to every session, adapting sports massage, deep tissue work or relaxation techniques to your goals and concerns. I want you to feel comfortable, listened to and cared for from the moment you arrive.
